What is a WordPress template

A WordPress template serves as the skin for websites built using the WordPress content management system. A WordPress template is incredibly simple to setup. Files structure

The template bundle that you downloaded is divided into various directories. Let's examine the contents of each folder:

Screenshots : contains screenshots of templates. Not for manufacturing.
Theme : files for the WordPress themes.
kid-toy-store-pro_0.1.zip and kid-toys-store-pro-child_0.1.zip : this folder content all the necessary files for the theme.
license.txt : details of the licence.
readme.txt : contain details on the theme's image paths and font usage instructions.

TC Key Activation

The steps for activating a TC key are as follows.

Given that you will receive the License Key via Email, use that key to Activate License.

Follow the following Process to Activate License.

Go to the Dashboard Appearance TC Key Activation Enter Key Save Changes.

After Entering The Key Activate Licence.

After you Activate Licence,the key will be active and then you can Getstarted with the Theme.

In this way you can activate your Licence Key.

Template Installation

The process of installing a template is very straightforward and easy.

Step 1. To install a theme using WordPress admin, follow these steps:

First, log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

Next, navigate to the "Appearance" menu and select "Themes."

Click on Browse Button then select your Kids Toy store_pro.zip theme and click on Install Now Button..

Once you are on the themes page, click on the Active.

WordPress will now proceed with installing your selected theme and display a success message, along with options to either activate or preview the theme live.

Step 2. Install a Theme using FTP

The theme can be uploaded using FTP, which is your second installation option. To use this method, first log into your website using FTP and navigate to the wp-content/themes folder. Just extract the Total folder from the theme file you got and upload it to your server.

Next log into your WordPress site and navigate to Appearance Themes to activate total folder.

How to set up homepage

The index page with the most recent post will be visible when you access your site after activating the theme. You must now configure the home page design such that it displays the entire demo area on your front page.

Setup Home Page

Set up your home page by following these instructions.

1. Create Page to set template : Go to Dashboard Pages Add New Page.

Select the template.

2. Set the front page: Go to Setting Reading Set the front page display static page to home page.

When you're finished, you can view the entire demo on the top page.

Setup Top Bar

In order to continue with Top Bar.

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Top Bar.

Provide texts and links in the Top Bar section.

Setup Slider

To set up slider, adhere to these directions.

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Slider Settings. .

This section has an option to be enabled or disabled.

Setup Featured Products

In order to continue with featured product,

You have to install woocommerce plugin for products.

Refer to Additional Theme Add ons section.

Following that, you must establish the categories to which you will assign products.

Go to Dashboard >> Products >> Category >> Add new.

For a better understanding, see the screenshot provided below.

6. If you wish to create more categories, repeat the same procedure.

Dashboard >> Products >> Add New.

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Featured Product. .

Select the category.

We have the choice to enable or disable this section in the image above.

Product Box

You must first create three categories before you can construct a product box.

For category, see the Featured Product section.

Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Product Box.

Services

In order to continue with Service Section,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Services..

View Collection

Go to Appearance Customize View Collection Add New.

New Arrivals & Best Sellers

You must first create two categories for this section.

Refer to Featured Product Section for category.

Go to Dashboard Products Add New

Then select the product category .

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> New Arrivals & Best Sellers.

Add new products under the new arrivals section. Choose the enable option to display this section on the screen.

On Sale Products

Create a category first for this section.

Go to the featured products section for category information.

Go to the Dashboard >> Products >> Add new.

After that, put the product in the category you want it in.

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings On Sale Products..

Choose the option to enable first in this section. The ability to upload a background image is available.

Our Recent Post

In order to continue with Recent Post,

Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Add new.

If you want to add more posts, just repeat the previous procedure.

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Our Recent Post..

Testimonials

In order to setup this section first you have to install Kids Store Pro Post type plugin.

For better reference see plugin section.

In the dashboard following installation, there will be a testimonial option.

Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Testimonials.

Sponsors Section

Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Sponsor Section.

Newsletter Section

You must first install the Contact Form 7 plugin in order to access this section.

Go to the shortcode section first for a better understanding.

Appearance >> Customize >> Sign up for newsletter.

Footer Text

In order to continue with Footer section,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Footer Text..

Copyright wording can be chosen in the footer text section.

Themes Plugin

The woocommerce plugin must first be downloaded from the source, which will be a zip file. Next, you need to go to WordPress admin and visit Plugin >> Add new. Serch the woocommerce Plugin and install it.

After installation is complete, a notice like this will appear. To use the plugin after installation, click the link that says "Activate Plugin."

If you are uploading it manually go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload and upload your plugin zip file. This method can be used for the other required plugins also.

The Products option will then display on the dashboard.

You need to create products.

Setup Navigation

first, construct pages using Go to Dashboard Pages Add New Page.
Go to Appearance Menu.
Click on "Create a new menu" link
Give your menu a name, then press the "Save Menu" button.
After creating a menu. Pages must be added by checking the appropriate boxes. You can drag and drop the menu list into place after adding it.
Under the "Menu Setting" section at the bottom, choose the menu theme location.

Access your WordPress Administration Panel by logging in. (Dashboard).
Click the Posts tab.
With that done, click Categories for blog posts.
Type in the name of your new category.
After that, click the Add New Category button.

Click the Publish button.

Creating a Blog post

Access your WordPress Administration Panel by logging in. (Dashboard).
Click the Posts tab.
Click the Add New tab.

Shortcodes

A shortcode is an effective tool for creating content. click here Shortcodes are easy to use. First of all, make sure that the editing mode is set to Visual.

Go to Dashboard >> Contact Form >> Add new.

Custom Widgets

In order to continue with Widget section,

Go to Dashboard Appearance Widgets.

How to Setup Additional Theme Add Ons

1.First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a zip file (Kids Store Pro Post Type plugin.zip). Next, you need to go to WordPress admin area and visit Plugins » Add New page.

2.Then, select the Upload Plugin button located at the top of the page.

3.You'll arrive at the plugin upload page after doing this. Next, you must select the plugin file you already downloaded to your computer by clicking the choose file option.

4.After choosing the file, you must select the install now option.

5.The plugin file from your computer will now be uploaded to WordPress, where it will be installed. After installation is complete, a notice like this will appear.

6.To use the plugin after installation, click the link that says "Activate Plugin."

Once this plugin is activated, the Testimonial option will appear on the menu sidebar.
