Files structure

The template bundle that you downloaded is divided into various directories. Let's examine the contents of each folder:

Screenshots : contains screenshots of templates. Not for manufacturing.
Theme : files for the WordPress themes.
medical-supplements-store_pro_1.0.zip : All of the files required for the theme are contained in this folder.
license.txt : details of the licence.
readme.txt : contain details on the theme's image paths and font usage instructions.

TC Key Activation

The steps for activating a TC key are as follows.

As you will get the License Key on your Email, use that key to Activate License.

Follow the following Process to Activate License.

Go to the Dashboard Appearance TC Key Activation Enter Key Save Changes.

After Entering The Key Activate Licence.

After you Activate Licence,the key will be active and then you can Getstarted with the Theme.

In this way you can activate your Licence Key.

Template Installation

The process of installing a template is very straightforward and easy.

Step 1. To install a theme using WordPress admin, follow these steps:

First, log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

Next, navigate to the "Appearance" menu and select "Themes."

Once you are on the themes page, click on the "Add New" button located at the top of the page.

Click on upload theme button.

Click on Browse Button next click on the theme you've chosen for your medical supplements store pro.zip. Install Now Button..

Your theme will now be installed by WordPress, and you will see a success message with a link to activate it or view a live preview.

Step 2. Install a Theme using FTP

The theme can be uploaded using FTP, which is your second installation option. To use this method, first log into your website using FTP and navigate to the wp-content/themes folder. Just extract the Total folder from the theme file you got and upload it to your server.

Then sign in to your WordPress website and go to Appearance Themes to activate total folder.

How to set up homepage

The index page with the most recent post will be visible when you access your site after activating the theme. You must now configure the home page design such that it displays the entire demo area on your front page.

Setup Home Page

Set up your home page by following these instructions.

1. Create Page to set template : Go to Dashboard Pages Add New Page.

Select the template.

2. Set the front page: Go to Setting Reading Set the front page display static page to home page.

When you're finished, you can view the entire demo on the top page.

Setup Top Bar

In order to continue with Top Bar.

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Top Bar.

In Top Bar section, add texts and links.

Setup Slider

Follow these instructions to setup slider.

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Slider Settings. .

We have an option of enabling and disabling this section. Then select number of slides to show and image then select slide heading title and slide text.

Setup Features

In order to continue with features section,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Features. .

In above image, we have option of enabling or disabling this section.

Workout Category

For creating workout category, we need to install plugins from the source and activate plugin link to start using the plugin. After successfull installation,this plugin will be appear in every section. To go to this section...click here

In above workout image there are five tabs of days, we can select more than five tabs. On click on any one tab, sections will be displayed showing time and activity details.

In order to continue with workout Category,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Workout.

In workout category, enter section title, workout title, number of workouts, tab title and select category.

Before creating workout, workout post need to be created. In order to continue with workout posts,

Go to Dashboard Work Out

Before creating workout posts, we need to install plugins from the source and activate plugin link to start using the plugin, after successfull installation,this plugin will be appear in every section. Write post name, select category, icon image and add time.

Number of workout posts created are shown in an image.

Highlights

In highlight section, we first have to select the enable option to show this section then background image is added. Then write title and description. Below is the image of the above option selected.

Best Sellers

For activating best seller section, install an activated woocommerce plugin and then proceed with Best Seller Section.Then add the products.This products are then added to best seller section.To create products,

Go to Dashboard Products Add New

Add product then set product title. Then add category, set description, featured image, description of product, regular price and sale price of product.

In order to continue with best seller section,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Best Sellers

In best seller section, add different products.To show this section on screen select enable option.

Enter best seller title and add view more label.

New Arrivals

In order to continue with New Arrivals section, install an activated woocommerce plugin , and then proceed with new arrivals.Then create the products.This products are then added to new arrival section.To add products,

Go to Dashboard Products Add New

Add product then set product title. Then add category, set description, featured image, discription of product, regular price and sale price of product.

In order to continue with new arrival section,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings New Arrivals..

In new arrival section, add different products.To show this section on screen select enable option.

Write new arrival title and view more.

Working Time

In this section there are three columns. Working time column, title column and video column. Here add background image, title, day and time details.

In order to continue with working Section,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Working Time..

In this section, select enable option first. There is an option of uploading background image. Then enter title, working time and workout video.

Our Blog

In order to continue with Blog Section,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Our Blog..

We have an option of enabling and disabling this section.Then write title and number of post to show.

In order to continue with Blog Section, we need to create post first, for creating post,

Go to Dashboard Post Add New.

Write post name, description and upload image.

Number of posts added are shown in figure below.Total three posts are added.

Footer Section

There are four columns in the footer. Each column have different element to show. These sections will be setup from the admin pannel widget section. Add whatever widget you want and you can update the widget.

In order to continue with Footer section,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Footer..

We have an option of enabling or disabling this section. Then select background image.

Footer Text

In order to continue with Footer section,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings Footer Text..

In footer text section,select copyright text.

Themes Plugin

First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a zip file (tc-title-banner-image.zip)). Next, you need to go to WordPress admin area and visit Plugins » Add New page. After that, click on the Upload Plugin button on top of the page.This will bring you to the plugin upload page. Here you need to click on the choose file button and select the plugin file you downloaded earlier to your computer.

After you have selected the file, you need to click on the install now button.WordPress will now upload the plugin file from your computer and install it for you.

You will see a success message like this after installation is finished.Once installed, you need to click on the Activate Plugin link to start using the plugin.

After installing plugin, create workouts.

In above workout image there are five tabs of days.On click on any one tab, sections will be displayed showing time and activity details.

In order to continue with workout Category,

Go to Appearance Customize Theme Settings WorkOut.

In workout category, select section title, workout title, number of workouts, tab title and category.

Before creating workout, workout post need to be created. In order to continue with workout posts,

Then write post name, select category,upload icon image and enter time.

Child Theme & Hooks

Custom theme editor is the easy process for editing the site, if you have to add section in the site, you can easily edit in child theme, it can be change in parent theme.

Setup Navigation

First of all create pages from Go to Dashboard Pages Add New Page.
Go to Appearance Menu.
Click on Create a new menu link
Give a name to your menu in Menu name and click save menu button.
Once you have create menu. You need to add pages by selecting with checkboxes. After adding menu list you can arrange it by drag and drop.
Select menu theme location from the below checkboxes

How to Setup Additional Theme Add Ons

1.First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a zip file (tc-title-banner-image.zip)). Next, you need to go to WordPress admin area and visit Plugins » Add New page.

2.Then, select the Upload Plugin button located at the top of the page.

3.You'll arrive at the plugin upload page after doing this. Next, you must select the plugin file you already downloaded to your computer by clicking the choose file option.

4.After choosing the file, you must select the install now option.

5.The plugin file from your computer will now be uploaded to WordPress, where it will be installed. After installation is complete, a notice like this will appear.

6.To use the plugin after installation, click the link that says "Activate Plugin."

TC-Title-Banner-Image

Once this plugin is activated, you will see the following option inside all pages, posts, registered posts, etc.

You must first decide the banner image you want to use on your post or page.

By default, the title will be shown above the banner image when uploading any file.

If you don't want the title to appear on the banner, you can use this plugin to conceal it by selecting the "Hide Title above banner" option. By selecting the "Display Title below banner" option, you may even display the title below the banner image.

When neither a file nor an option is selected, the title will be shown in its default format.
