What is a WordPress template

Files structure

A number of folders make up the template package you obtained. Observe the contents of each container:

  • Screenshots : contains images of the template. For consumption only.

  • Theme : contains WordPress theme files.

  • alt-corporate-pro.zip: this folder content all the necessary files for the theme.

  • license.txt : provides information about the licence.

  • readme.txt : contain information about theme images path and font use and usage scritps.

TC Key Activation

The TC Key Activation process can be done as follows.

Given that you will receive the License Key via Email, use that key to Activate License.

Use the procedure below to Activate License.

Go to the Dashboard Appearance TC Key Activation Enter Key Save Changes.

After Entering The Key Activate Licence.

After you Activate Licence,the key will be active and then you can Getstarted with the Theme.

This will enable you to turn on your Licence Key.

Template Installation

Step 2. Install a Theme using FTP

After selecting "Demo Content Importer," click "Run Importer."

Section Ordering

Section Reordering and How to Arrange

Rearranging the sections according to our needs is the essence of section rearranging. Drag this part to the top or bottom as necessary in order to move on with it. When you drag a portion to the top or bottom, your front view will adjust based on the customizer settings.

You can reorder sections by simply dragging and dropping options into the desired sequence .

Run the importer by selecting "Demo Content Importer" first.

How to set up homepage

After activating the theme, when you visit your website, the index page containing the most recent post will be displayed. In order to display the entire demo area on your main page, you must now configure the home page template.

1. Create Page to set template : Go to Dashboard Pages Add New Page.

Select the template.

  • Access your WordPress Administration Panel by logging in. (Dashboard).

  • Click the Posts tab.

  • With that done, click Categories for blog posts.

  • Your new category's name should be typed in.

How to Configure Other Theme Add-Ons

1.First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a zip file ( Post Type plugin.zip). Next, you need to go to WordPress admin area and visit Plugins » Add New page.

2.Then, select the Upload Plugin button located at the top of the page.

3.You will then be taken to the plugin upload page. The plugin file you downloaded earlier to your computer must be selected by clicking the Select file button here.

4.You must select the install now button after selecting the file.

5.The plugin file from your machine will now be uploaded to WordPress, where it will be installed. After installation is complete, a notification like this will appear.

6.Once the plugin has been installed, you must select the Activate Plugin link to use it.
