    Calendar can’t be moved to the right side of the menu.

    It’s showing current date on our website, we can review your site for that make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the site URL. at support@themescaliber.com

    Hi,
    First site on WP, first theme. I cannot insert the activation license number as per documentation, and cannot install my package. I read you could install the theme for me. Would be glad if you could help. My site is hosted on wordpress.com. Thanks!

    Hello,

    There’s a problem with one of your required Pet Shop Pro plugins. It’s actually missing!! It’s the plugin you call ‘TC Title Banner Image’. There’s absolutely no plugin zip file for this under <My_Download_Directory>\pet-shop\pet-shop-pro_1.6.zip\pet-shop-pro\inc\plugins. There are only two (2) plugin zip files there:

    1. pet-shop-pro-posttype.zip
    2. tc-gallery-images.zip

    The zip file you forgot is:

    tc-title-banner-image.zip

    Will you please get this fixed ASAP?

    I recently bought your 52-theme Pro package for $99.

    Hello,

    I also get an error for Pet Shop Pro when trying to install the required WooCommerce plugin. Here’s what I see:

    Installing Plugin WooCommerce (3/4)
    Downloading installation package from woocommerce…
    An error occurred while installing WooCommerce: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

    I’m kind of frustrated that you don’t test this better and then we have problems. Please fix this ASAP!! I’ve paid money for 52 of your Pro themes and should have timely and good support.

    Hi,

    Follow the steps below to install the Woocommerce plugin

    1) Download the file from the below link

    https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woocommerce.4.9.2.zip

    2) Go To Dashboard >> Plugin >> Add new >> Upload plugin >> Upload downloaded .zip file

    I just bought the pro version, and I am not seeing any of the customization stuff that is shown in the documentation. Also using woocommerce, trying to get rid of the sidebar, I was able to do it on the free version but not the pro version.

    For customization kindly follow the steps below

    Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings

    To disable the Woocommerce shop page and single product page sidebar please follow the steps below

    Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> General Settings >> Hide Shop Page Sidebar and Hide Product Page Sidebar

    Добрый день! При установке темы возникла проблема, а именно не выгружается весь демонстрационный материал, нет заголовков и нет возможности их редактировать, шаблон не полный, не такой как в оригинале, не удается создать селективную страницу главной страницы, все шаги выполняла по инструкции, написала на почту несколько писем и приложила фото и нет ответа, помогите установить шаблон сайта, отправила вам свои учетные данные сайта ! жду очень помощи
