    Hola, he comprado la versión Pet Shop Pro, y al momento de instalar como complemento en wordprees no reconoce uno de ellos que es “tc-title-banner-image_1.0”, el mensaje que señala la página de wordpress:

    Descargando el paquete de instalación desde /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/pet-shop-pro/inc/plugins/tc-title-banner-image.zip…

    Descarga fallida. No se ha facilitado una URL válida.

    Necesito ayuda

    We are providing you simple steps to install the plugin manually. Download the .zip file on your system

    Go to Dashboard >> plugin >> Add New >> Upload plugin>>upload the .zip file

    If still, you are facing issues let us know we will help you with the installation.

    This thing is a mess. Don’t do it! $39 down the tube. I’m in the US, so customer service is only available overnight, for me. There are NO defaults in the customization menu so you have no idea what you are editing, and the size parameters are inaccurate (my logo looked like a thumbmail, at it’s largest – they told me because it was too “tall”, even though I had the recommeded size). They do respond to service requests overnight, but don’t ask them more than one question, or for any explanation at all, because you won’t get it. I should’ve known better, given their own website’s shitability factor, but I liked how the theme looked in the demo. I’ve switched over to a free theme, and am having NO problems. Heavy sigh…lesson learned.

    I m trying to make my add account icon and cart icon work in the header menu. I m not sure what to put into the theme configuration so that it displays the actual information, for example cart number of items. Also when hovering over the cart i see something like a chat bubble with the number of items beside the actual cart icon.

    Is there a documentation how to properly set this up for a shop with woocommerce?

    Add below css to make the cart popup to place in its actual place

    Kindly follow the steps given below

    Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Paste the given CSS on it >> Publish.

    I am having this same problem (I have the pro version, URL is wildbirdvet.com). I temporarily turned off showing text on the slider because it just showed “Lorem ipsum…” even though I filled in the text boxes in the slider part of the editor. After a while the text I entered reverts back to Lorem ipsum text and I lose it all.

    To edit the text please add your content in the text tab, not in the visual tab.

    Click on the text tab add content and publish it.

    That doesn’t work either. I even changed some other things and published the page just to be sure since I noticed that altering text does not automatically update the preview on its own (another bug?). I took a screenshot, but the email you sent was a noreply and I don’t see a way to attach an image here.
